HTX, formerly known as Huobi, follows the same two-stage deposit process as other exchanges — on-chain confirmation first, then internal crediting.
Check on-chain first
Search your transaction hash on TronScan. A SUCCESS status to HTX's correct deposit address confirms the network transfer worked — from there it's HTX's own processing you're waiting on.
Confirm the network match
Make sure the deposit address you used in your HTX account was generated for TRC20 specifically, not a different network that also supports USDT.
When to contact support
Once you've confirmed on-chain SUCCESS and a reasonable wait has passed, contact HTX support with the transaction hash for them to trace internally.
