USDT TRC20 Problems in imToken
imToken supports multiple chains under one interface, which occasionally makes it less obvious which network a given USDT balance or transfer actually belongs to.
Confirm the network first
Before troubleshooting a stuck transfer, open the asset detail view and confirm you're actually looking at the TRON-network USDT entry, not an ERC20 or BEP20 balance sitting under the same token name.
Use the built-in explorer link
imToken's transaction detail screen typically links out to a block explorer for the relevant chain — following that link to TronScan gives you the authoritative status rather than relying on the app's own cached summary.
If the transfer never broadcast
A transfer that fails silently before even reaching the network is usually an Energy shortfall on the sending address — check the TRX balance on that address and top it up before retrying.
